3.   Let’s create a very targeted list of prospects in Pharow and send data to Lemlist

Let’s say we want to create an outbound campaign targeting:

  • CEO’s or general directors
  • Of companies in software industries
  • These companies must be growing and recruitment now
  • And they have to be using HubSpot as CRM

Usually, this search would be so difficult to carry out and out of range for a large majority of companies.

a) Step 1: define our criteria

So first, define our criteria by selecting what kind of job positions you want to prospect.

Now that are criteria have been done, let’s launch the search.

b) Step 2: add prospects to a list

One the search has been launched, we get the results.

Each line is equal to a company with a prospect fitting the job position criteria.

On the left, we’ve got the data about the prospect like its job position, name and LinkedIn URL if available.

Please note that the surname of the prospects will be displayed once they have been added to a list.

On the right, we’ve got all the data about the companies like website, company LinkedIn page, phone number, social networks in which the companies are involved and an org chart.

The org chat is so useful when you want to identify other prospects within the same company.

At this stage, we have to select the prospects we want to add to a list.

Let’s say that we are particularly interested in 2 prospects (but please take into consideration that the all list could have been added in just 1click).

So we select the prospects and we add them to a list called Pharow with Lemlist.

c) Step 3: enrich prospect with their professional emails

Now, we are in the list we have just created.

New actions are available, like searching for email addresses.
